Pacific Tree frog - Paralyzed hind legs

Hi! Im new to frogs, I rescue PTFs from the Los Angeles Flower market. the Last year Ive began building bioactive environments for them, and teaching people how to, who rescue the frogs from me. I am semi novice as I have two little kids too, and a business to run, so I havent had the time to really dive into it all more than the basics to get things running well. Today one of my rescued ladies (who is a bit fat TBH) has no ability to use her legs, a couple days ago she was fine.
