Would you euthanize this tadpoles? [Trigger Warnung: Hurt tadpole]

While cleaning out the water in my mossy frog tadpole Container I must have accidentally hurt this little guy.
Either while moving the wood pieces or he got stuck at the hose. I am unsure because I only noticed the damage after. I am now wondering if I should wait to see if the damage heals or if it would be more humane to euthanize.
