Imitator Belly Discoloraton

I saw my frog climbing the glass and noticed something out of the ordinary. The only thing I could think of is that either the frog has been rubbing onto something abrasive, or a bacterial infection of sorts. Just in case I have decided to dry the tank out a bit in case it is related to excess moisture. My tank always has ample dry spots so I do not think it is related to moisture.
Anyone have any similar issues? Does it look like something that I would need to treat with a topical ointment...
